Choosing where you're going to live is one of the most exciting parts of coming to University! Make sure you choose the accommodation that will suit you best by doing some research via our website before you apply.
You'll be able to log in to book your accommodation 24 hours after accepting a conditional or unconditional offer to study a full-time course at ARU.
If you have any problems with logging in or applying please contact the Residential Service.

September 2024 starters
The portal is open for those that have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer to study a course in September.
Online Induction update
Email invitations will be sent out by email from 28 August 2024 to students who have secured their accommodation at ARU. This induction will also give you the opportunity to book an arrival slot to collect keys. Please note that the online induction is not available to students who will be moving into Railyard, Anglia House and YMCA. The management teams at those accommodation options will contact their tenants to arrange arrivals.
New Students studying a PG or Nursing course in Cambridge who require a 51 week contract to allow them to complete their academic year of study can apply for a limited number of rooms in one of our Collier Rd Houses. Please be aware that these rooms are not ensuite. These are the only rooms available for 51 week bookings. To be booked into one of these rooms, please email The Accommodation Team.
Current Students
The private sector is the the only option available to you. Please contact our House Hunting Team for assistance in looking for accommodation in the private sector.
