Important Notice for Students

Our accommodation portal is currently undergoing maintenance and accommodation bookings will re-open at 10:00am on Monday 29th April 2024. Please contact the Residential Services team with any queries - details on how to get in touch can be found here.

Choosing where you're going to live is one of the most exciting parts of coming to University! Make sure you choose the accommodation that will suit you best by doing some research via our website before you apply.

You'll be able to log in to book your accommodation 24 hours after accepting a conditional or unconditional offer to study a full-time course at ARU.

If you have any problems with logging in or applying please contact the Residential Service.

Please go to ‘Set Password’ in the blue bar at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

January 2024 starters

Accommodation in Cambridge and Chelmsford is fully Allocated for January 2024. There may be a small possibility of additional rooms that may come available to the portal at 10am on Monday 11th December 2023

Our House Hunting team will also be able to assist students looking for accommodation in the Private Sector. please contact our House Hunting team by email househunting@aru.ac.uk.

Students should not travel to Cambridge or Chelmsford in January unless they have somewhere to live organised in advance.

Students starting Adult Nursing/Child Nursing or ODP courses in January in Cambridge will be able to apply for a room at Harston House at the Addenbrookes hospital site.

Chelmsford accommodation availability update:

January 2024 starters
